As stated in Polk City's Charter, Ordinance 2011-1277 Section 74-260(1), there will be a charge to your Utility Billing account of $40.00 for a Premises Visit if a City service representative has to visit your home. If the service representative determines the issue is the responsibility of Polk City, this fee WILL NOT apply.

PLEASE BE ADVISED IF YOU ARE MAKING AN EFT PAYMENT, IT WILL NOT REFLECT IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR UTILITY ACCOUNT UNTIL CITY OF POLK CITY SENDS THE FILE ON OR BEFORE THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH TO THE BANK. IF YOUR PAYMENT IS PAST THE DUE DATE, PLEASE CALL US AT 863-874-4808 TO ADVISE THE OFFICE OF YOUR PAYMENT.
